If more information is needed for your application, you will get a request for additional information to your Enter Finland account and a notification by email or text message.

1. Log in to your Enter Finland account and add the requested information by clicking the ‘Reply to the request’ button. It is important that you add the requested information this way so that the person who processes your application will see your reply.
2. If you notice that something is missing from your application, you can submit additional information by selecting ‘Send additional information’. You should only use this option if the Finnish Immigration Service has not sent you a request for additional information.

You can check your application’s place in the queue from the chatbot Kamu:

1. You will find Kamu on the bottom right corner of the websites migri.fi or enterfinland.fi.
2. Open Kamu and click the button ‘My place in queue’. Write your diary number in the field. After that, Kamu will tell you the place of your application in the queue. To check what the diary number of your application is, log in to your Enter Finland account.

You will receive an automatic message from the Finnish Immigration Service when your application has been taken up for processing and a second message when a decision has been made.
