If more information is needed for your application, you will get a request for additional information to your Enter Finland account and a notification by email or text message.

1. Log in to your Enter Finland account and add the requested information by klicking the ‘Reply to the request’ button. Make sure that you use the ‘Reply to the request’ button to add the information required in the request. That way, the person who processes your application will see your response.
2. If you notice that something is missing from your application, you can submit additional information by selecting ‘Send additional information’. Use the ‘Send additional information’ tab to submit additional information when the Finnish Immigration Service has not sent you a separate request for additional information.

You will receive an automatic message from the Finnish Immigration Service when your application has been taken up for processing and a second message when a decision has been made.
